This workshop gives an overview of the WIDA English Language Development Standards Framework to support multilingual learners’ achievement and language development across the K-12 context and in various curricular and social settings. Participants will learn about the purpose and function of components of the WIDA Standards, and then apply their new knowledge to use these components in lesson planning and preparation.
